Cesar was the best realtor I have ever used! He sold my Alpharetta home in 4 days, when others had been unable to do so in the last 2 years. What is so unique about Cesar is that you don't have to have open houses, which I never liked. What sets him apart is his personality and the awesome video he puts together from a drone perspective, and also a tour through the area and your home you are wanting to sell. I wish I could download the amazing video. We're targeting builders but ended up selling to a couple from Virginia for the full asking price. I was floored. 4 days is all it took. From there, we found my forever home in Woodstock.

Cesar was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and needed, and he went the extra mile to find the perfect house. He got to me and my kids and ensured that the house was exactly what we needed and that we were not overlooking any details. He was patient, answered my questions, and looked at multiple homes until the right one came along. He checked every room, the attic, small details, important structural issues, got the property line papers, and called about the septic tanks. He did all of the work so I didn’t have to. I was super picky with what I was needing, and he jumped right in and got to work instead of just rushing me to pick a house.
