Meet Faith
Faith Grant, founder of Faithful Transactions, has been connected to the real estate industry for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she watched her mom build a monumental real estate business throughout the Midlands of South Carolina. From there, Faith developed an early appreciation for the industry and knew she wanted to find her own place within it.
Before becoming a transaction coordinator, Faith spent more than four years working as a paralegal in the legal field, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, documentation, and attention to detail. She then spent a year and a half coordinating transactions for one of Columbia’s highest-producing real estate teams, helping manage the countless details behind hundreds of closings. From keeping deadlines on track to ensuring documents were in order and communication remained consistent, she learned just how important dependable support is to a successful transaction.
With that experience behind her, Faith founded Faithful Transactions with a simple mission: to give real estate agents access to reliable, detail-oriented transaction coordination they can trust, allowing them to spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on their clients and growing their businesses.
To Faith, faithful is more than a business name. It represents the commitment she brings to every transaction and every relationship. It means following through, paying attention to the details, communicating proactively, and treating every client and closing with the care it deserves.
